I didn’t get this book at all initially, but train journeys are an amazing time to pick up a new book or a book which you aren’t really interested in reading. The boredom of ordinary travel is easier to take if you are with a book, even a mediocre one – not that I think this book is mediocre. It actually is a little inspiring, no wonder it spawned an entire generation – the Hippy generation.
